Every PRESTAZIONE is entitled to lifetime service at our atelier — re-grip, refinish, inspection, and the restoration of anything that can be restored. Always included with the original purchase. Never a fee.

What is included

Four services, on your schedule.

Every 24 months

Re-grip

Your leather wrap is removed, the handle inspected, and a fresh length of Tuscan saddle leather cut, skived, and wound by the same craftsman who built your paddle.

Every 24 months

Frame inspection

A 47-point check of the carbon, the core, the rim, and the balance — the same inspection every paddle passes before it leaves the atelier. Any early deterioration is caught here.

Every 48 months

MSR-3 refinish

The sandy matte face is stripped, cleaned, and re-laid — three coats, the same specification as day one. The paddle grips the ball again the way it did on its first swing.

On request

Restoration

If the frame suffers a serious knock — a net cable, a court wall, a suitcase accident — we will restore it to the limit of what carbon and EVA can honestly endure. Unrepairable frames are replaced at 50% of the original price.

How it works

Request service

Through the atelier line, by email, or from the Verify page once you have authenticated your paddle.

Prepaid shipping

We send you a protective case and a prepaid return label within 48 hours. You drop it at any courier.

21 days at the bench

Your paddle is serviced by the master who made it. You receive a photographic report on completion.

Returned by courier

The paddle returns to you, insured and tracked, in its walnut case. The vault is updated with the visit.

What we will do

  • Replace the grip, indefinitely
  • Refinish the MSR-3 face surface
  • Restore or repair cosmetic frame damage
  • Re-seat the QR authentication chip
  • Update the vault with service history
  • Replace the walnut case if damaged in transit

What we cannot do

  • Repair a fractured carbon frame
  • Re-cure a compromised EVA core
  • Service a counterfeit or unregistered paddle
  • Alter the balance or weight after delivery
  • Guarantee turnaround during Milano Fashion Week
