Your leather wrap is removed, the handle inspected, and a fresh length of Tuscan saddle leather cut, skived, and wound by the same craftsman who built your paddle.
A 47-point check of the carbon, the core, the rim, and the balance — the same inspection every paddle passes before it leaves the atelier. Any early deterioration is caught here.
The sandy matte face is stripped, cleaned, and re-laid — three coats, the same specification as day one. The paddle grips the ball again the way it did on its first swing.
If the frame suffers a serious knock — a net cable, a court wall, a suitcase accident — we will restore it to the limit of what carbon and EVA can honestly endure. Unrepairable frames are replaced at 50% of the original price.

We send you a protective case and a prepaid return label within 48 hours. You drop it at any courier.
Your paddle is serviced by the master who made it. You receive a photographic report on completion.
